How does the vault work?

When you open a pack, you can choose to either keep the card in your vault for shipping or buyback immediately. Cards in your vault remain there until you're ready to ship them. You can accumulate multiple cards and ship them all at once, or buyback individual cards. When you choose buyback, you can select either Cash Buyback (70% of guide price, withdrawable) or Store Credit (85% of guide price, non-withdrawable but can be used for purchases).

Yes! Every pack is backed by real inventory. We maintain a physical stock of graded slabs, and when you purchase a pack and choose to ship, you're guaranteed to receive a real card from our inventory. There's no virtual or simulated inventory, everything is real.

Our pack opening system uses secure, verifiable random selection from our real inventory. We're transparent about the odds for each tier and ensure that every pack opening is fair and random. The system is designed to be provably fair, giving every card in our inventory an equal chance based on the tier's odds.

If you choose the buyback option, the card may eventually be available again in future packs. If the card is in your vault, or you choose to ship, or even if you just haven't made your choice yet, the card will not be available to anyone.

Card values are determined using current market data and guide prices from trusted sources. We regularly update our pricing to reflect the current market value of each card, ensuring fair and accurate valuations for both pack pricing and buyback rates.

Why are some pulls below the pack price?

Like any pack opening experience, you may receive cards valued below the pack price. This is part of the excitement, while some pulls may be below the pack price, others can be significantly above it. We aim to keep the average pack value as close to the pack price as possible. This is always displayed in real time alongside the pack odds and available cards.

What are the different buyback options?

When you choose to buyback a card, you have two options: Cash Buyback at 70% of the card's guide price, which goes to your withdrawable balance and can be withdrawn to your bank account. Or Store Credit at 85% of the guide price, which goes to your non-withdrawable balance but can be used to purchase more packs or pay for shipping. The higher rate for Store Credit rewards you for keeping your balance in the platform.

What's the difference between withdrawable and non-withdrawable balance?

Your non-withdrawable balance (also called Store Credit) cannot be withdrawn, but can be used to purchase packs or pay for shipping. The credit will be added to your account balance, which you can then withdraw (if Cash Buyback) or use to purchase more packs and shipping (both options).

Can I see photos of my slabs?

Yes! When you view your vault, you can see photos of all your slabs. Each slab has front and back images so you can see exactly what you've pulled before deciding whether to ship or buyback. All of the images we use show the real card and slab, we don't use placeholder images.
